James E. Moore

James Elliot Moore II, Ph.D. has been University of Southern California faculty member since 1988. He has faculty appointments in the Epstein Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, the Astani Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and the Price School of Public Policy. He is director of the Transportation Engineering program in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Before joining USC, he was on the faculty of Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science. He received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering/Infrastructure Planning and Management from Stanford.
